SYSBIO2018: Advanced Lecture Course on Systems Biology

This advanced lecture course, held in Innsbruck, Austria, from February 28 to March 6, 2018, will cover essential and state-of-the-art aspects of systems biology from principles and methods to the modeling of living systems and applications in biotechnology and medicine. Many leading experts will participate as lecturers, tutors, black-board teachers and informal poster discussants. The registration deadline is January 1, 2018.

Special session on “Parallel and distributed high-performance computing solutions in Systems Biology” hosted by PDP 2018 - Cambridge, UK

The aim of this special session at the Euromicro International Conference on Parallel, Distributed and Network-based Processing (PDP) is to bring together researchers involved in the development of computational methods specifically accelerated either by means of conventional architectures (e.g., computer clusters, GRID computing) or by unconventional technologies (e.g., Graphics Processing Units, Many Integrated Core coprocessors, cloud computing, biomimetic devices).
